Partnership Program The University of Maryland Center for Environmental Science Horn Point Laboratory in Cambridge is a collaborative effort among a partnership of researchers and resource managers in Delaware, Maryland and Virginia. Goals of the partnership include development and initiation of a restoration action plan following stocking protocols of the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission and conducting test releases of juveniles to evaluate and develop criteria for effective population restoration.
